Outpatient Therapy Services
We practice a progressive and focused approach to injury care/prevention and rehabilitation of patients of various ages, abilities and medical problems. Our therapists work with patients following surgery, trauma or repetitive use injuries.
Patients benefit from our knowledgeable staff of physical therapists who practice that approach as they evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological and sports-related conditions.
Therapists will assess patient's muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, posture and mobility skills. Exercise and therapy treatment techniques help reduce pain and promote the patient's return to full function. Injury prevention through assessment and education helps patients manage their physical challenges while living their lives.
A written physician prescription for rehabilitation services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology) is required for reimbursement by most insurance plans. Outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy services are available without a physician referral; however, without referral these services must be paid for by the individual.
