The new Institute for Women's and Children's Health includes a dedicated pediatrics program. This family-focused area offers children and adolescents care in a unique, playful environment.
Pediatric patients at BryanLGH have immediate access to a dedicated and interdisciplinary staff, who are cross-trained in neonatal intensive and pediatric post-trauma care. Our nursing staff also holds the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, enabling them to provide additional expertise in the care of infants and children. BryanLGH also provides pediatric patients full access to our Apnea Center and enuresis clinic.
To help everyone feel more comfortable, each family-zoned patient suite is designed with plenty of space and amenities for parents and families to relax, get online, and watch TV. Patients also are treated to a special room service menu that features many kids' favorite foods. And a play area provides plenty of entertaining activities for children while they recuperate.
